Guerilla Crochet – Denver’s Union Station

Denver’s local underground group of street-artist crocheters are spreading crochet throughout Denver and around the world!  During the summer 2010 construction of Union Station this group of crocheters (who wish to remain anonymous), decorated 360 feet of const
ruction fencing near the project.  Along with the gorgeous crocheted flowers on the fence there was an audio component.  Using a solar-powered sound system, Jim Green was able to broadcast the sounds of the crocheters while they crocheted the fence.  The exhibit was to remain up for six months.
I want to do something like this around the triad area!  Let me know if anyone is game.
